What does "% of turnover" mean?
The turnover percentage is calculated on your total sales processed through Techzola (excluding VAT). This aligns our success with yours—we only grow when you grow. There are no hidden fees or per-transaction charges beyond this percentage.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
For Lite and Premium plans, there are no setup fees. You get self-service onboarding with documentation and video tutorials. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding support, which may include migration assistance and custom integration work—pricing varies based on complexity.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. OnePOS runs on any device with a modern web browser—tablets, phones, laptops, or desktops. For payments, we integrate with your existing Adyen or other payment terminals. With Tap to Phone, any NFC-enabled Android device becomes a payment terminal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your data and settings are preserved during plan changes.
What currencies do you support?
Techzola supports all major currencies. Pricing shown is in SEK, but we can invoice in EUR, NOK, DKK, and other currencies. Multi-currency operations are fully supported for retailers operating across borders.
